European cultural paper manufacturers will implement price increases in September or October, and the buyers of newsprint and magazine paper will pay higher prices. European publishing paper manufacturers will also increase their delivery prices in the fourth quarter of this year at the latest. Perlen Paper, Laakirchen Paper and Palm Paper have launched a new price increase plan in the European newsprint and magazine paper market.
