The two special paper production lines in our factory are operating at full capacity, with a daily output of about 300 tons. With the price increase of domestic paper manufacturers, our company's price has also been slightly adjusted. The main reasons for this price increase are as follows:

1. In the peak season of March, in fact, the terminal demand has recovered to a certain extent. The increase of cultural paper is mainly in the peak season of March, The rebound in orders for teaching aids has led to price increases.

2. In the cost of papermaking, the cost of pulp accounts for 60% to 70%, and some paper grades even reach 85%. Therefore, once the pulp price rises, the benefits of papermaking enterprises will be affected, and the willingness to raise prices increase. In 2022, the total profit of the papermaking and paper products industry is 62.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 29.8%. Among them, there were 1,799 loss-making enterprises, a year-on-year increase of 40.9%. However, according to market conditions, the pulp price has dropped recently, and the paper industry is expected to usher in an inflection point.
